Nancy Nan is an illustrator from Tianjin, China and now based in New York.
She is currently pursuing an MFA in Illustration as Visual Essay at School of Visual Arts.
"My illustration blends the organic textures of traditional media with digital tools, favoring mostly desaturated tones that naturally set the mood and enhance the narrative of each image. Tranquil and playful energies coexist in my body of work, reflecting the balance between calm and lively moments. Drawing inspiration from the subtle nuances of everyday life and personal memories, my work seeks to uncover the emotions hidden within the ordinary, inviting viewers to reflect and connect with their own experiences through the silent conversation."
